Choosing a dentist
is a question of trust.
Patients place a remarkable amount of trust in their dentist. Choosing a practice to deliver treatment, particularly anything complex, is a decision worth taking time over.
We have written this page as a guide. Below are eight questions worth asking any dental practice you are considering, including ours. They are how we would choose a dentist for our own families, and they are how we hope you will come to choose us.

Had quite a lot of on-going work done at this dental practice, and can honestly say it's the best I've ever been to. The staff are kind and helpful, and make it really easy to schedule your treatment around your life and work.

Patients often approach a dental practice because of a specific problem. They want whiter teeth, they don't like their dentures, or they are in pain.
However, the human body is a complex system. It isn't a piece of machinery where you can replace a specific part to solve a problem with certainty.
And the mouth is no exception. Often it isn't a case of simply treating a specific tooth or area, as the health of that tooth may be reliant on a wide range of factors such as gum health, the status of neighbouring teeth, your oral health routines, your wider medical history and other conditions.
For example, whitening treatment for teeth that are likely to be lost due to gum disease is not necessarily sensible. Veneer treatments may look great, but the cost in terms of damage to the underlying teeth may be very expensive if the treatment fails in a few months or years. Building a dental bridge that is attached to teeth which are dying means your substantial investment will not last long.
Whilst working to solve your immediate concerns, our clinical team are assessing your full oral health, both now and in the future. This ensures that the investment you make in your treatment has the best chance of lasting as long as possible.
We are always delighted to welcome new patients.
Your first appointment is a conversation, not a commitment. No treatment and no pressure, just a chance for you to get to know us.
