Common questions and queries.

No. We work to the brief you set us and discharge the patient back to your practice on completion. If we identify something outside our remit during examination, we report it to you in writing.

Routine consultations are typically scheduled within two to three weeks. Urgent cases, such as pain, swelling, or post-op concerns, are accommodated within 48 hours wherever possible. Call us if you are in doubt.

We discuss fees directly with the patient at consultation. Patients can spread the cost through Tabeo finance: 0% APR typical on terms up to 12 months, or 9.9% to 11.9% APR typical on terms between 24 and 60 months, on amounts from £250 to £20,000, subject to status. There is no fee to the referring practice and no commission paid for referrals.

On occasion, we may be able to deliver discreet elements of treatment as part of a larger treatment plan. State the scope when referring to us, and we will then contact you to discuss.

Whatever you have. A periapical or OPG is usually enough at the referral stage. Where additional imaging is required, such as a CBCT or intra-oral scan, we will discuss this directly with the patient.

Patient records are encrypted in transit and held on UK-hosted servers compliant with GDPR.
