What to expect when you call.
No — our emergency clinics are open to everyone, including unregistered patients and people visiting from out of area. Just call us; we don't need a referral.
Same-day care is subject to availability and clinical triage, but it's the norm rather than the exception — particularly if you call before 9am. If we genuinely can't see you today, we'll find the earliest possible slot and tell you what to do until then.
A full emergency consultation, standard x-rays, and a private prescription if you need one. If urgent treatment is required on the day, we'll quote the cost before doing anything — and finance is available if needed.
Members get their emergency consultation included as part of their plan, subject to a fair use policy. Treatment, where needed, is charged at the usual rates with your member discount applied.
We do not operate an out-of-hours service. For further instructions, please call us on 0808 164 1003.
Yes — we see children for emergency care and our team is used to working calmly with younger patients. Tell us their age when you call so we can match you with the right clinician.
