Children and Teens
Membership for the youngest in your family
Children and teens are welcome at every practice. Membership gives them the same continuity of care you receive, at a price that reflects their needs.

Included with a parent's membership
Children up to the age of five attend alongside a parent or caregiver who is a member of West End Dental. There is no separate fee.
Child Member
Ages 6 to 12
£10 / month
Two dental consultations per year, one hygiene consultation per year where clinically necessary, intra-oral X-rays, and routine treatment included.
Teen Member
Ages 13 to 18
£13 / month
Two dental consultations per year, one hygiene consultation per year where clinically necessary, intra-oral X-rays, and routine treatment included.
Child and Teen Memberships are available to children of adult members on our Gold, Diamond or Platinum plans, and are subject to a twelve-month minimum term. Routine consultations and treatments take place during our dedicated child clinic times. Non-routine treatments such as orthodontics, endodontics, implants and surgical extractions are discounted by 10%.

Joining takes a single conversation. There's no exam, no health questionnaire, and no admin fee. Just a simple Direct Debit and a friendly first appointment.

Tell us about yourself and book a no-cost initial consultation at the practice closest to you. We listen, we look, and we answer your questions.

Agree A Plan
Your dentist will recommend the membership plan that fits your dental needs, with treatment included where it's clinically necessary.

Register
We will set up your membership over the phone or in person, and you can begin treatment under your plan straight away.

Membership questions, answered.
Yes. New members commit for 12 months. After that, you can stay on a rolling monthly basis, change tier, or cancel with one month's notice.
Same-day care is subject to availability and clinical triage. Requests received before 9am are prioritised. We will always do our best to see you the same day, and if that is not possible we will find the earliest available slot.
The routine treatment discount excludes Composite Bonding, Dental Implants, Invisalign and whitening. Most other private treatments such as fillings, crowns, root canal therapy and extractions qualify.
Our membership includes a 10% discount on West End Health membership. West End Health is a separate company, not part of West End Dental Group, that currently operates one GP surgery hosted at our Colwyn Bay practice. Booking, fees and clinical care are arranged directly with West End Health and are subject to their terms.
Yes. Children up to the age of five attend alongside a parent or caregiver who is a member, at no additional fee. From age six, the Child Member tier costs £10 per month. From age thirteen, the Teen Member tier costs £13 per month. Child and Teen Memberships are available to children of adult members on our Gold, Diamond or Platinum plans, and are subject to a twelve-month minimum term.
Prescriptions issued through Membership are private prescriptions. You will not pay anything for the consultation or the prescription itself, but pharmacy charges still apply when you collect medication.

- Emergency dental consultations are subject to a fair use policy and specific terms.
- Same-day care is subject to availability, clinical triage, and requests received before 9am.
- Minimum commitment: 12 months for new members.

- Prescriptions issued are private prescriptions, subject to pharmacy charges.
- GP services are provided by West End Health Limited, a separate company, and are subject to their terms.
