SureFix® replaces a full arch of teeth, upper, lower, or both, with a fixed implant-supported set fitted on the same day as your surgery. It's not a denture. The teeth don't come out.
Your first consultation is free. From there, you'll receive a written plan with a fixed price agreed before any treatment begins. Some complex cases need further diagnostics to finalise the plan; where they do, those are quoted upfront with no obligation.

At West End Dental, we use advanced planning, imaging and surgical techniques that allow us to treat patients with limited bone, existing dentures, or long-standing missing teeth. Every patient begins with a detailed consultation and scan so we can assess your suitability safely and accurately. The vast majority of people we see are eligible for treatment.
No. All treatments include a temporary set of implant-retained teeth made using superior SprintRay Onx Tough 2 Resin, for no additional charge.
The fees for our treatments are designed to be comprehensive, covering all services normally required by the majority of patients. A small minority require additional services such as complex surgery or sedation. In all cases, we offer transparent, fixed fees for these additional services, listed in our Supplementary & Upgrade Fees. Any additional services required will be discussed and agreed in writing before you commit to treatment.
We often find patients tolerate dental implant treatment far better than they might expect, and our team are skilled at keeping patients calm, comfortable and relaxed during every stage of treatment.
This said, some patients will benefit from sedation. We offer Intravenous (IV) sedation delivered by specially trained dental surgeons or Consultant Anaesthetists.
Additional fees apply for sedation services per our Supplementary & Upgrade Fees, and these will be calculated and fixed for you when preparing your treatment estimate.
Yes you can, depending on your clinical circumstances. Many patients find they only require treatment in one jaw. Your clinician will discuss this in detail with you when planning your treatment.
Yes you can. Your clinician can assist you in deciding the best options for your upper and lower jaws, and these do not always need to match. Where you mix different treatments, and both jaws are treated at the same time, you will enjoy a 20% discount off the total fee. For example, SureFix® Advanced upper at £14,000 plus SureFix® Essential lower at £11,250 would normally be £25,250 — treated together, that drops to £20,200.
Absolutely. Assuming no change to your implants or oral health, you can easily upgrade your artificial teeth at a later stage. We offer fixed fees for these upgrades, listed in our Supplementary & Upgrade Fees. Note you can only upgrade to treatments with the same number of implants.
