Stephan is a Consultant Anaesthetist with over a decade of experience delivering safe sedation across hospital theatres, roadside emergencies and the slopes of Snowdon. He leads the sedation service at West End Dental, making complex dental treatment more comfortable for patients who would otherwise find it difficult. He is also Clinical Lead for the Llandudno Orthopaedic Elective Hub and works as a flying doctor with the Welsh Air Ambulance Service.

Dr Stephan Clements is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine with over a decade of experience delivering safe, expert sedation across a wide range of clinical environments — hospital theatres, roadside emergencies and even the slopes of Snowdon.
Based in Conwy with his family for the past 12 years, Stephan is also the Clinical Lead for the new Llandudno Orthopaedic Elective Hub, helping to shape services for patients across North Wales. He also works as a flying doctor with the Welsh Air Ambulance Service (EMRTS).
Passionate about safe, patient-centred care Dr Clements leads the sedation service at the West End Dental Group, helping make dental treatment more comfortable and accessible for our patients.
His clinical expertise and qualifications enable a wide range of techniques not normally available in dental care settings, ensuring a calm and relaxing procedure.
