Teeth Straightening.
"Clear aligners, planned around your case."
Clear aligners gradually move your teeth into a better position, using a series of removable trays you wear day and night. The result is a straighter smile, achieved over months rather than years, with no fixed wires or brackets.
"Planned from scan to smile."
Teeth Straightening
Clear aligners are a series of custom-fitted, removable trays that gently move your teeth into a better position over a planned treatment period. They are worn for around twenty-two hours a day, removed only for eating, drinking anything other than water, and brushing.
Treatment begins with a digital scan of your teeth, from which we plan the full sequence of aligners. You change to the next aligner every one to two weeks, with each change small and gradual. Treatment length depends on the complexity of your case, ranging from a few months for simple front-tooth corrections to around eighteen months for more comprehensive work.

Aligners, planned around your case.
We offer two clear-aligner systems at West End Dental: Invisalign and 32co. Both use the same fundamental approach — a series of custom-fitted, transparent trays that move the teeth gradually — but they suit different cases and different budgets.
Invisalign is widely recognised and well-established, suitable for a broad range of cases including more complex bite issues. 32co is a UK-based aligner system we offer as a more accessible option, well suited to milder corrections. Your clinician will recommend the right approach at consultation, alongside a clear price for the work.
Treatment is planned digitally. We take a scan of your teeth, plan the full sequence of aligners on screen, and show you the proposed end result before you commit. You wear each aligner for around one to two weeks, then move to the next in the sequence.
- Treatment planned digitally; the proposed end result is visible before you commit
- Removable trays worn around twenty-two hours a day
- Suitable for a wide range of cases, mild to moderately complex
- Retainers worn long-term to maintain the result
What's involved, step by step.
Treatment starts with a free consultation, where we discuss what's realistic for your case and recommend a system. After that, we plan the full treatment digitally before any aligners are ordered.

Clear aligners suit most adults with healthy teeth and gums.
Clear aligners work well for a wide range of corrections, from mild crowding or spacing of the front teeth to more complex bite issues. The right system (Invisalign or 32co) depends on the complexity of your case, your budget, and what you're hoping to achieve.
- Mild to moderate crowding or spacing of the teeth.
- Adults with healthy teeth and gums.
- Patients who can commit to wearing aligners around twenty-two hours a day.
- Patients comfortable with the responsibility of removable treatment.
- Patients seeking a discreet, removable alternative to fixed braces.
- Complex bite issues, where Invisalign with more involved planning may be required.
- Significant tooth crowding requiring extractions.
- Active gum disease or untreated decay (we treat the cause first).
- Patients who may struggle with consistent wear of removable trays.
- Patients under 18 (different pathways apply).
- Severe skeletal misalignment, where referral to a specialist may be appropriate.
