Yes, all of our memberships involve a 12 month minimum term. After this, we require 3 months' notice to cancel, although additional charges will be raised for 12 month treatments delivered in a partial membership year.
You can upgrade your membership at any time. In doing so, a new membership year will start. If you wish to downgrade, our cancellation terms will apply.
If you need to skip or delay a treatment for any reason, your membership entitlement can be carried forward for a maximum of 3 months. We'll work with you to ensure your treatment schedule remains achievable.
Yes, cancellation terms are outlined clearly at the time of joining. After your first 12 months you can cancel with 3 months notice, although a charge will be levied for any 12 month treatments delivered during that membership year.
