Dermal fillers are gels of hyaluronic acid, a substance the body produces naturally, injected into specific layers of the face to add volume and structure. The result is visible immediately and settles over a couple of weeks as the filler integrates with the surrounding tissue.
The treatment itself takes about fifteen to thirty minutes, depending on the area. A series of small injections delivered with a fine needle. Local anaesthetic is available where helpful. There's no sedation, no downtime, and most patients return to their day after a brief settling period.
