Denture Replacement.
"A full set of fixed teeth, fitted in a day, that don't come out."
Dentures don't simply replace teeth; they can reshape what you eat, how you speak, and how you carry yourself in everyday life. For most patients, there's a fixed-teeth alternative.
"Loose and uncomfortable dentures lead can compromise what you eat, how you smile and your confidence."
Removable teeth, with everything that involves. Or fixed teeth, that don't ask for management.
You might already wear dentures, whether for years or only recently. You might be facing the decision as your remaining teeth fail and extractions come into view. The lived reality of dentures looks similar in either case. They sit on top of the gum rather than being rooted into your jawbone, which means they have to be held in place by suction, adhesive, or the shape of your jaw, and often these are not reliable. You start to avoid certain foods or adjust your speech.
Underneath, something else is happening. Without tooth roots to stimulate it, the jawbone where teeth used to sit slowly recedes. A denture that fitted well three years ago can start to feel loose. A replacement set fits better for a while, then starts to slip too. Each new denture is a fix for a problem that's quietly getting worse, and the longer the pattern continues, the more involved any future fixed-teeth alternative becomes.

How we replace dentures with fixed teeth.
SureFix is a full set of fixed teeth supported by four to six implants placed in your jawbone. Unlike single-tooth implants, where one implant replaces one tooth, SureFix uses a few implants to support an entire arch of teeth.
Your surgery happens in one visit. We place the implants under local anaesthetic, with sedation available if required, and fit a full set of teeth the same day. You leave with working teeth that look natural and feel stable. There's no period without teeth, and no waiting weeks or months to look normal again.
After healing, usually three to four months, we replace the immediate set with your final, custom-made teeth. Your replacement teeth don't come out at night, need adhesive or limit what you can eat.

What's involved, step by step.
SureFix is a one-day procedure for the surgery itself, though the full process takes around four months from consultation to final fitting. Surgery and the immediate set of teeth happen in a single visit, then three to four months of healing follow before the final custom-made set is fitted. Throughout, you have working teeth in your mouth, with no stage where you're without.

SureFix® suits most patients who would otherwise wear dentures.
If you're considering fixed teeth as an alternative to dentures, whether you currently wear them or are facing the decision for the first time, SureFix is usually possible. However, there are situations where traditional dentures remain the right option. Your clinician will discuss all options available.
- Wearing full or partial dentures and frustrated with them.
- Multiple failing teeth scheduled for extraction.
- Healthy gums and adequate jawbone, or willing to consider grafting.
- Non-smokers, or patients willing to stop.
- Stable medical history.
- Certain medical conditions, such as uncontrolled diabetes or bone-related conditions. We'll review your circumstances carefully.
- Heavy smokers. Smoking substantially decreases success rates.
- Significant bone loss without the option to graft.
- Children and teenagers. Dental implants are normally reserved for adults.
The price, and what it covers.
SureFix® offers four options. Each option covers everything from the first extraction to the final fitting, with implants, immediate teeth, final teeth, and all reviews included. The options differ in the materials, the number of implants, and the length of guarantee. Additional services such as bone grafting are priced separately at consultation, with the agreed figure in writing before treatment starts.
