Stepan graduated from the Dental Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 2017 and has built his career at West End Dental in restorative and surgical dentistry. He completed his MSc in Advanced Restorative Dental Practice at the University of Aberdeen, alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology, and works closely with Clinical Director Trevor Ferguson on complex cases. Stepan is part of the orthodontic team, delivering both Invisalign and 32Co aligners.

Stepan graduated from the Dental Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 2017 and has been committed to delivering excellent patient care ever since.
After qualifying, Stepan began his career in general dental practice, where he quickly developed a special interest in restorative dentistry. His passion for helping patients restore their smiles led him to further his expertise through advanced postgraduate training. He holds a Master's degree (MSc) in Advanced Restorative Dental Practice from the University of Aberdeen and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology.
Stepan offers a wide range of dental services at West End Dental, including general dentistry, advanced restorative treatments, surgical procedures, and implant dentistry. He is a key part of our orthodontic team, delivering both Invisalign and 32Co aligners. Stepan also works closely with our Clinical Director, Dr Trevor Ferguson, to plan and deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.
He is primarily based at our Colwyn Bay practice, where he is known for his calm, friendly approach and dedication to high-quality treatment.
Outside of work, Stepan enjoys travelling with family and friends and has a strong passion for sports, especially football, supporting his childhood club, Chelsea FC.
